Placing An Order
  • It's easy! Simply browse through our store by clicking on any of the collection or artist links found on each page.
  • Then just click on the image of any piece to enlarge it and to view its detailed description.
  • To add the piece to your shopping cart, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
  • You'll now land on your shopping cart page.
  • Note: You can always view your order by clicking on the shopping cart link.
  • You can continue shopping or you can click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button that directs you to Google Checkout. 
  • We use Google Checkout for its quick and secure checkout process and for its secure payment gateway.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions about the checkout process. We quickly respond to all inquiries.
  • Note: If you wish to order by phone or to pay by check, please contact us.
  • .  If you would like us to gift wrap and/or include a gift card, with your order, please call us at 516-437-5466.
    Postage & Shipping
  • Each order is insured and shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100 going to the same postal address. 
  • Otherwise the postage is $10.00 per order.
  • Note: For UPS Next Day delivery, please contact us.
  • Items ship within 10 business days of your order.
  • Presently, we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
  • And we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Once your order is shipped, we'll promptly email you its UPS tracking number.
  • You can then track your package at ups.com/tracking/tracking/html.

  • Returns & Exchanges
  • If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a merchandise credit.
  • Note: Personalized items are not returnable and holiday merchandise may not be returned after the holiday has begun.
  • For all other items, just email us within 7 days of receiving your item, if you wish to make a return. 
  • We'll then email you a return authorization number, plus a ship-to address.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Please pack the item carefully, include its receipt and send it back prepaid and insured.
  • We cannot issue you a merchandise credit if your item is lost or damaged in the mail.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Your name, email address, postal address or phone number will never be shared with anyone else.
